So much more happened and how dirty room was, also how no one fixed or cleaned my room or fixed broken fridge I had medicine that need fridge had to put on ice and tv was not working. They told me someone will call me make things right and no one has called yet I will wait a few more days and we will see. They told me someone would call me and no did at all and sheets had rips in them, and room was disgusting, and I felt not safe in room after some came into room with DO NOT DISTURB ON, I never had this happen anywhere and I travel all over. security Incident report was taken by head of security. Head of security had me write out a report about all. Head of Security and Housekeeping Supervisor came up and took pictures of all and still no came to clean room. My room was dirty and stains on bed and sheets where ripped and garbage pails where full and I called the day I came to room and no one ever came to my room even after supervisors came up to room to right a report about some staff broke into my room when I had Do Not Disturb On and left crib in my room.
